Weight Management

AEG Nutrition is able to offer both 1:1 or group support for those wishing to lose weight.

Why Weight to feel an 8 week health improvement programme.


We meet once per week, have an individual weigh in (in a private room not infront of the group) followed by 45 minutes of physical activity to include:

- circuits

- pilates

- yoga

followed by 45 minutes nutrition education learning about the following:

- how do we gain weight

- which diets work?

- understanding macronutrients

- understanding food labels

- what portion should I be eating?

- recipe modification techniques

- understanding what the number mean with regards to cholesterol, blood pressure etc
