Service Description

This workshop is led by 3 Registered Health Care Professionals all with a specialist interest in women's health. Run as a small group of maximum 12 participants, providing an opportunity to learn about what to expect from the menopause, how to manage symptoms and what treatments are available. Gain theoretical as well as practical knowledge to enable you to feel empowered and ready to manage your menopause.
