During the first session on 2nd March 2023 you will be taken through the treatment options for the Menopause by GP Dr Foster. Dr Foster is a GP with a specialist interest in Womens Health. Then understand how the body changes during menopause by Womens Health Specialist Physiotherapist Helen Forth. During the second session on 9th March 2023 you will have the opportunity to learn how to manage common side effects through appropriate nutrition with Specialist Dietitian Anna Groom plus..bring your kit for a practical pilates session. www.helenforthphysio.com
